| Can you supply entertainment at short notice? |
We
are often asked to provide entertainment at short notice,
sometimes even on the very same day that we receive the
enquiry. If this happens to you we will do everything we
can to help you. It stands to reason that if we have more
time, we can offer you more options. |
| When should I book the entertainment I'm interested in? |
It
is advisable to confirm your entertainment requirements
as soon as possible. All the artistes on this website are
very much in demand and tend to get booked way ahead. Many
of our wedding clients are booking their entertainment up
to 2 years in front. |
| How do I book the entertainment on this site? |

| Do I need to pay a deposit? |
Yes,
a deposit of 15%+Vat is payable on all private bookings. This
deposit is non-refundable and is payable when the contract is
signed and returned. |
| When do I need to pay the act? |
Generally
speaking, acts are paid on the day of their performance. Since
a deposit has already been paid in advance you will need to
pay the outstanding balance to the act on the day of their appearance.
We can also make arrangements for you to pay the balance in
advance if you wish. Just let us know at the time you make the
booking. |
| Is there any Vat to pay? |
You
will only have to pay Vat on the artistes fee if the artiste
is Vat registered. This applies to Vat registered artistes who
live in the United Kingdom. |
| Do I need to pay any additional fees to your company for your services? |
No,
this is not necessary. There are no additional charges or costs
involved of any kind. We believe in giving you all the facts
up front. That way you know where you stand and there are no
nasty surprises. |
| Do your party bands provide their own sound equipment and lighting? |
Yes,
all of the party bands featured on this site have their own
top quality sound equipment and stage lighting as standard. |
| Will I receive any paperwork from you when I decide to go ahead? |
Yes,
you will need to sign a contract to secure the booking.
Contracts are exchanged when we have both contracts back.
You will get the contract signed by the artiste and they
will get yours. Everyone then knows what's expected of them
and there are no misunderstandings. |
| Can we choose the song for our first dance? |
The
first dance song is usually already part of the acts repertoire.
If this is not the case, then it is often possible for the act
to learn the song for you providing that they have enough notice.
